Step 1: Telephonic or Email Interaction
A light, informal conversation to get to know you better — your interests, background, and availability.

Step 2: Video Interview
This is where we explore how well you know the position you applied for, your understanding of our company, and how your skills align. We'll also walk you through our work culture and what you can expect from us.

Step 3: Trial Shift (Role-specific only)
For certain operational roles, we conduct a short, 4-hour trial shift to observe how you perform in real-time scenarios. Don’t worry — food or food allowance is provided for this step.

Step 4: Compensation & Fit Discussion
A final discussion where we talk about salary, benefits, expectations, and next steps.
