Guest Service Associate - Day & Night Shifts

Location: Igloo Stays Hotel – Kakkanad & Edapally (Kochi)

Work Schedule: 6 days a week with rotational shifts, including day and night shifts.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manage front desk and reception operations
Handle telephone and walk-in guest enquiries
Promote and convert direct sales bookings
Support internal marketing and promotional activities
Deliver guest services and respond to guest requests promptly
Assist in housekeeping and room division operations when required
Monitor cleanliness, linen, and amenity stock levels
Report issues and coordinate with the Property Operations Lead
Provide assistance to the Manager / Project Consultant as and when required
